I have developed this series of polysaccharides specially for dust control specialists in mines, bulk chemical handlers & dirt roads who do not want to constantly apply water or don’t want to use polluting chemicals. The simplest dust control method is applying water. This makes the dust particles heavy and sticky. Thus they do not get into the air. But, this may not be the most cost effective nor the most practical. While it may seem counterintuitive, applying water regularly is not the most environmentally friendly either.

Our family of AMP30 resins have been specially designed to be easy to use. Simply dilute with water and spray over the surface where you want dust control. Reapplication is not needed for piles or bulk chemicals. On roads, a repeat application, usually less than the original application, is needed about every two weeks.

Unlike synthetic resins that introduce microplastics, salts that increase corrosion on equipment, or solvents that linger forever, the polysaccharides have no environmental impact. They are completely consumed by the naturally occurring microbes in the soil in about three months.

AMP32 Dust Control Concentrate
This dust control concentrate is diluted with water and/or glycerin before application. It forms a crust in the first four centimeters (about two inches) of soil. It lasts longer and is more cost effective than the salts commonly used for dust control. No special equipment is needed to make the final formulation. Contact us for more details.
